Office of the Immigration Services Commisioner (OISC)

The OISC is responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisers fulfil the requirements of good practice. It is committed to the elimination of unscrupulous advisers and the fair and thorough investigation of complaints. From 1st May 2001 it has been a criminal offence for an advisor to provide immigration advice or services in the UK unless their organisation:

• is registered with the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner);
• has been granted a certificate of exemption by the OISC;
• is committed to obtaining a Community Legal Services Quality Mark;
• or unless the advisor is a solicitor, barrister or legal executive.

All Jones Kelleher & Associates advisors are registered with the OISC to give appropriate advice on UK immigration matters. Four of our immigration advisors are registered to the highest OISC level as specialists in their field.
