OISC registered immigration advisers

The Office of the Immigration Services Commisioner is responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisers fulfil the requirements of good practice. It is committed to the elimination of unscrupulous advisers and the fair and thorough investigation of complaints.

It is a criminal offence to provide immigration advice in the UK unless:

• the organisation is registered with the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner)
• the organisation has been granted a certificate of exemption by the OISC
• the organisation is committed to obtaining a Community Legal Services Quality Mark
• the advisor is a solicitor, barrister or legal executive

Each JKA immigration advisor is registered with the OISC to give appropriate advice on UK immigration matters.
