Tier 3 - for low skilled work (introduction suspended)

At the outset we will assess each application, advising you how we can help and of any potential problems that might arise. Our initial assessment by telephone or email is free. We can advise you on a consultancy basis or offer full representation, where possible. Full representation means we will:
- advise you fully on the application;
- prepare and submit the application to the Home Office or UK Border Agency;
- deal with the government department throughout the process until the application has been completed;
- provide a follow-up service to advise on further applications to remain in the UK.
