Jones Kelleher & Associates specialise in providing sound, easily understood, expert advice on all aspects of UK work permit and immigration, other than asylum.
The company was established in 1992 and we have an extensive corporate client base covering a wide range of industries and a large number of individual clients.
All our staff have extensive experience within the work permit or immigration field, either as government employees in the Home Office or in private practice. We are fully conversant in current Home Office practice and procedures. Our consultants experience enables us to look at the bigger picture and provide solutions to work permit or immigration problems that meet your requirements. Consultants do not work on a commission basis meaning we act in the best interests of our clients at all times.
All our consultants are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), an independent body set up by the government to regulate all UK immigration and work permit advisors.
As well as being members of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA), the company is also a member of the Association of Regulated Immigration Practitioners (ARIA), an independent body set up in consultation with the OISC to further promote the professionalism of immigration advisers.
